This Website is maintained by To The Core Limited (“we” or “us”) for the personal & trade use, of persons who are lawfully permitted to consume alcoholic beverages, in countries and other territories where the consumption of alcoholic beverages is lawful. By using our Website, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.

Please exit our Website immediately if you do not accept these terms of use, are not of a legal age for consuming alcoholic beverages in the country or other territory in which you are located, or are accessing our Website in a country or other territory where use of our Website is not permitted.

Accessing Our Website

Access to our Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend, suspend or terminate indefinitely the service we provide on our Website without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Website through your Internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of a registration scheme or a security procedure, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our Website, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.

Core Store Orders

  • Minimum order one case.
  • To The Core Ltd T/A Core Ciders will not sell or deliver alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.
  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from receipt of order in the UK.
  • To The Core Ltd T/A must be notified immediately of any breakages, shortfalls or missing deliveries.
  • Cancellations must be notified to us within 24 hours and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Errors and omissions excepted.

Returns

By using a trusted courier service, we have tried to ensure that your purchases arrive in the same condition they left us. However, breakages may occasionally happen; similarly, goods may occasionally be faulty.

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please notify Core Ciders within 5 working days via email. A replacement order will dispatched to you within 7 working days at no extra cost.

Our Refunds and Returns Policy lasts 30 days from the date of your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 7 working days.

Product Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order for the same item, please send us an email at info@coreciders.com. Items will then need to be shipped to:

Shipping Details for Returns

To return any products to us, you should use the address provided above. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are waiting for a product exchange, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds will not be issued without the returned item unless previously agreed via email with To The Core Ltd.

Sale Items Policy

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

Late or Missing Refunds

To The Core Ltd reserves the right to delay the return of a refund for any reason.

If you haven’t yet received an expected refund from Core Ciders, first please check your bank account again. If your refund is still not present please contact us via email and/or WhatsApp before contacting your bank. Contact details can be found on the Contact Us page on this website.

We reserve the right to copy protect any of the Materials on our Website. Provided that you are located in a country or other territory where the consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted AND you are of a legal age to consume alcoholic beverages in the country or other territory in which you are located, you may print a reasonable number of hard copies, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Website for your lawful, personal, non-commercial use.
